Refund Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Blessed Oils Company.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. Customers have 14 days to check their purchases. 

  2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products that have been used, they have 14 days from the date of purchase to email Blessed Oils Company at service@blessedoilsco.com. Blessed Oils Company will refund up to 50% of the full price without any questions. 

  3. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products and would like to receive a full refund. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:

    1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

    2. It must contain all tags and wrapping;

    3. It must not be damaged;

    4. The customer must bring the purchase receipt or provide online purchase order number.

  4. Shipping cost paid by the customer will not be refunded. If a customer is shipping items back for a full refund, they will be responsible for all shipping fees. ​

  5. Refunds will not be given on custom orders unless Blessed Oils Company is unable to fulfill the order.

  6. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Blessed Oils Company shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
